I really loved the weekend at Honey Creek. A full two days gave us the opportunity to immerse ourselves in wellness and focus on our own wants and needs instead of our jobs, husbands, kids, etc... The Saturday afternoon sessions have been the perfect way to squeeze in some "me time" and learn about health and fitness programs I've never heard of before. I've loved all of the workouts and it's so nice to be able to have time with friends and make new ones! Thank you for creating this tribe!
I find the online group is keeping me accountable for working out and eating better. The variety of workouts is great! The nutritionists have some great tips and the counselors have much needed advice and reminders.. The calendars really help keep me motivated each month and I'm having a great time following the posts in the Facebook group as well. Thank you for creating an online community that helps us reach our wellness goals!
