I was dying.
A few reasons...
1) I've been really inconsistent. I haven't been making exercise a priority and I could feel it today.
2) Running. We run in this class. I hate running. I suck at running. Always have. I could do interval training, kickboxing, a step class all day long...but run? Hell. No.
It doesn't matter.
What matters is that today I showed up.
Sometimes that's the hardest part.
Most of us are really good at coming up with reasons why we can't do something. Sometimes those reasons are legit. Life happens. But sometimes you need to take a hard look at how you're doing life and decide what you need to do for you. You can find time for what's most important to you. You may just have to get rid of some things that aren't.
